RETURNS

Sales of all photo booths and accessories are final. We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges. 

However, in the case of incorrect or defective shipments, they must be returned in new condition and packaging to receive a refund within 48 hours of receiving the item. If we feel the goods have been used or are in tampered condition, further action may be required to support a valid refund claim.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@buybooth360.com.au

SHIPPING RETURNS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

WARRANTY POLICY

What does it cover? 

This Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Buy360Booth will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. 

Warranty Periods

The following time frames are from the date of purchase.

  • iPad Photo Booth: 2 year warranty 
  • 360 Photo Booth: 3 year warranty 
  • Portable Photo Booth: 
  • Magic Mirror Booth: 2 year warranty 

What is not covered? 

This Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship (i.e. inappropriate use). 

The Warranty is void if goods are incorrectly installed, are in any way physically damaged, are used beyond their intended specifications, or have labels that are altered, damaged or missing. 

The Warranty does not cover damage to goods arising from environmental causes such as but not limited to lightning, flood (water damage) or fire.

The Warranty does not cover any accessories.
